Tom Bevan Coaching

Feeling stuck? Having a change in career? Need a space to figure some stuff out, or to bounce some ideas around?

Coaching is space for you to work through any changes or challenges you are facing at work or in your personal life.

I offer 1-1 coaching over a series of 1 hour, online sessions; my coaching practice focuses on creating a productive, focused space for you  - as the ‘coachee’ - to explore and move forward your own thinking and ideas. I will not give advice or tell you what to do; instead I support you to identify and clarify your own goals and develop independent plans to achieve them.

I have supported clients with a range of different goals; from building the confidence to leave a job and go freelance; coming to terms with an ADHD diagnosis; assessing career goals and next steps.

About me

I live in Cardiff. I work with clients here and across the UK.

I am an accredited Relational Dynamics Coach, trained by Culture at Work and Relational Dynamics 1st. I receive fortnightly coaching supervision, which means I regularly process my own practice with support from another Coach.

Outside of Coaching, I am a theatre Producer, working with creative teams to make new shows. I am a creative reflective practice Facilitator and a Mentor and visiting Lecturer on the Arts Management MA course at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.

I have ADHD and dyslexia and I enjoy coaching people who are neurodiverse. I am registered as a supplier for Access to Work funded coaching.

Coaching Client Testimonials

  • "The sessions with Tom have been absolutely invaluable. He brings such a lovely calm energy to a session and even with the challenges of being online, creates a safe space to really open up and discuss. He's managed to help me identify nerve points within my practice that have been beyond useful to acknowledge and begin to deal with. I've still a long way to go but I feel like the road is already much clearer thanks to him. I can't recommend highly enough."

Sarah, Actor and Creative Producer, London

    Sophie, Marketing Freelancer, Bristol

  • "Huge thanks to Tom being such a welcoming, enthusiastic, creative. My coaching session with him was supportive and impactful with lots of practical advice and ideas.

I would recommend Tom highly as a coach and mentor."

    Stephanie, Cabaret Artist, Cardiff

  • "From his website, Tom seemed right away very approachable and this was true to form in initially booking the coaching session. Arranging the session was easy, and during it, Tom brings a sense of calm that gently leads you through the session, posing considered questions and thoughts that can help map out your own. I would happily recommend Tom’s services."

FAQs

What can I expect from a coaching session?

Each session is one hour long and is tailored to the client. Sessions can take place on Zoom or in person (Cardiff). Coaching sessions often take the form of a ‘structured’ conversation, where you are offered space to work through your specific goals.

How much do sessions cost?

I charge £60 per session.

How can I find about more about your coaching services?

To book an initial, free and zero obligation 30 minute ‘chemistry call’ to hear more about coaching and my approach, please email me.

Do I have to attend a certain amount of sessions?

No, you can choose the number of sessions you think you may need. Some people work with me for a few weeks, months or others on a longer term basis.

Can I use you as a coach via Access to Work?

Yes! Clients who are eligible may choose to work with me through Access to Work funding; please get in touch if you have questions about that.

What are my values as a coach?

As a coach, I start from the assumption that the client already has the answers.

I actively listen without judgement in sessions and foster a space for clients to express their goals, worries and dreams.
